6/9/14 On a recommendation from a great friend I went to Dr. Hester's Vet Clinic this morning, with a sick cat(Tiger). The clinic opens up at 8 I was there waiting since 7:18am. She told me just go and tell them I know her (she is a regular). When the doors opened I was the first on in there, the receptionist asked if I appointment I said no. She told me that they could not see or look at my sick cat nor could I leave it there because it was sick. This is a Veterinary Clinic? I left in TEARS that the receptionist was so RUDE and would not help me with Tiger. I am not sure what her name was but you do not treat people like that, this cat is part of my family. I would not recommend this place!!!
