I got a Puppy from a lady who said she had this vet clinic examine and give it its first round of shots and even exrayed its leg . She said she told the vet. she was going to rehome the pup and told me the Vet. said they would fax the records and exray to the vet of new owner ,But when I called to give them the information about being the new owner and where to send the records the RESCEPTIONIST or whomever answered the phone was VERY VERY RUDE and wouldn't even tell me if they had done the exam. and when the shots were given so I would know when the next shots were due .Even when I told her I could give her the name and Phone # of the lady I bought the pup from. I never got to speak a vet. there, The vets may be very good at what they do, but when their resceptionist or whomever answers their phone is the first one you encounter and is so RUDE they need to rethink the name of their clinic because they arn't COUNTRY FRIENDS and I wouldn't go there if I lived where I could!!!

I love Dr Westwood and Carrie. Without them, well, I would be lost. What Dr. do you know would be three weeks out from having a baby and get up at 4AM to meet you at the hospital because you have a sick kitty? Who does that? She does. All my respect to her. Carrie has a love hate relationship with my cat Harley, somehow it works!! I trust her with all my heart in the care of my babies. Hats off to this crew!!!
