I took my very sick guinea pig in thinking he needed to be euthanized. They told me he would be O.K. after some oxygen and nebulizer therapy. I ended up paying $200, after telling them that I could not afford a $400 treatment. My poor piggie died on the way home, just after I had called them to ask when I should start his medications. I strongly believe they did not tell me he wouldn't make it just so they could get the money.
