Ive always used family vets for my dog Trixie. Never had a bad experience but I have felt rushed or just slightly impersonal attitudes. Until Trixie got a bladder stone after we moved 2 cities away and I made an appointment here. They were very informative which made me feel better about all her treatments but more than that, everyone was attentative to Trixie. If I KNEW a vet & his staff would be this great I'd pay whatever price he spat out; which we all normally end up being at their mercy anyway; BUT he was surprisingly affordable & even included her shots in the office visit! What? Thank you all for doing what you do so well for Waxahachie.
