They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care.

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
