I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for most of the appointment, just not when they had to do his heartworm test.
