I've had nothing but good luck at Caroline Animal Hospital. My dog had surgery and they have been taking excellent care of her. The cost has been very fair and reasonable compared to my last Vet. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If there is an emergency, they are right on it! Thank goodness!!!! Thank you Caroline Animal Hospital.

My pets was so anxious to leave. Everyone is unfriendly towards me and my dog. I'm not sure I would trust them alone with my pet. I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. My visit to this office was such a waste of time. They did not do what I had came in for, they only did blood work, $211 worth.It is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong or work with me, they actually sent me a letter saying because I was not satisfied with services received they would no longer be able to provide care for my pets. I have been using this vet for a few years and would recommend them until now. They have treated me terrible and when I called them later with an issue we had with one of the meds the vet said to use, one vet said one thing and another said something totally different. On my last visit as I was leaving another customers dog viciously attacked my 12 year old elderly and muzzled dog, they did nothing. Stay away if you value your pet and money.
