I was highly impressed. They paid close attention to my 3 dogs and all of the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. The staff is very friendly and professional, the hours and drop off service are convenient to my work schedule and the groomer is wonderful!

They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
