We brought our dog down with an emergency. She got ahold of poison and ate all of it. They saved her life! Very grateful. To any idiots pre judging and thinking we should of not left poison out...well we didnt! It was stashed in a closed closet! While we were out the little mischief maker got the door open, dragged out the closed poison box, opened it and had a feast for herself. This is a fantastically professional place. You will never be disappointed.

On the very expensive side but what kind of price is reasonable for your pets life!

They didn't treat their customers well at all. They were very rude and demanding concerning payment before my dog was treated. They wanted cash upfront and I was told not to give them a check. I had a friend with me and I felt disrespected. I had to get money from an ATM machine before they would release my dog to me. Also, the medicine was overpriced. I know because I bought the same medicine previously for another dog from our regular Vet. I will never go to this emergency room again.
