They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
