They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
I called on Friday and asked what time they closed on Saturday because I wanted to board my pet there while I was away for the weekend. The lady told me they closed at 1:00 pm. I was there at 12:20 pm. There was an elderly couple also there who wanted to board their pet as well. The lights were off and the door was locked giving all indication that the vet was closed. The couple said they had also been told they closed at 1:00 pm. We tried to call but no one would answer. There was a vehicle parked by the fence so I knew someone was still there. I waited. At 1:00 another car pulled up and a few minutes later a woman came out wearing scrubs. She went over and talked to the lady in the car and then quickly ran over to her vehicle and drove off. Neither of them would speak to me. I have never been terrible happy with the service at this vet. It's the only vet in town though so unless I drive for an hour I suppose I am stuck with this vet's office.
