Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Have been going here for several years. My 12 year old dog was diagnosed with a stage 4 heart murmur and given his vaccines. He became very ill the same day, he was given drugs to counteract the vaccine "reaction," and then was given heart meds. He became critically ill the next day and we had to put him down. I called and sent a letter and they haven't even acknowledged his death or our loss. I can't believe it. Will NEVER go back.
