Only went to this vet because they were the only local that would see a rabbit. Made an appointment and showed up early. Wasnt very busy but still sat in the waiting area for over 30 min. Then sat in the exam room for another 30 min. Then sat around and waited another 30 min for an xray.
My experience was the same as other reviewers, they are more interested in money then the animal. I had to pay for an office visit, than an xray then nickle and dimed for a bunny splint with bunny gauze. Now I realize these things cost money, but $35 just to walk in the door, $90 for a xray of a bunny foot, another $70 for a bunny splint. I spent $300 on a broken bunny toe.
The Vet says come back in a week and we can check the splint. I came back and was told, Oh Dr's not here today come back tomorrow. Gee thanks for wasting my time, again.
So I return for a recheck, well they failed to tell me that a recheck is another $30 and we replaced the splint and gauze, thats another $30. See you in a week for another checkup
So I asked what does this checkup entail, oh we will take another xray and see how the foot is doing and determine if the rabbit needs to stay in the splint. So I said another $30 visit to wak in the door plus another $80 xray and another $50 for splint and gauze? The vets response is "You dont expect me to work for free?
I have spent almost $500 on a broken toe of a rabbit. The vet and his staff act like their doing you a favor by taking your money. I will not reccommend them to anyone and will never go back. Do not take your pet their unless you have money to throw away and enjoy being treated like garbage.
