This vet was recommended to me to adopt a young male kitten named dexter! My wife and I fell for him hard (as our friend had predicted)..
It was all downhill after that! I have no doubt that they cared well for this sweet animal, and I respect that they reported to us today they have placed him in another home..However. These folks lack basic human social skills and simple business ethics. They strung us along initially, failing to communicate as promised ( we found out through our respected friend that we were rejected ). My wife spoke with the vet directly and we were reconsidered. We, of course offered to pay all fees past and those needed for adoption. We were told that a "decision would
Be made last Monday. Once again. No follow through. We stopped today in hopes they had lost our number or simply forgot!
Sadly, when we arrived Shannon the receptionist smiled and gloated "look who's gone". it was thoughtless and really cruel of her,
We have great respect for our friend who has gone there for many years,
But I say a vet needs people skills as well as medical expertise..
I would not patronize this vet. Beware! Humans not welcome!
