They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. We have been customers with advantacare since 1998 but we will not be back. Wanted to make a formal complaint and could not get anyone except the "operations manager" who would not get the number to somebody above her. She said she was the top, I could not believe she was it, she was very rude. How could someone leave a person like this to run their business. Guess that's why Yelp has so many negative comments.
