I've continued to go back to this pharmacy only because they're much closer to my house and more convenient than any others. However, I despise them. They are always unfriendly here. I've never seen a smile at this pharmacy. They once lost my insurance info, and when I told them I would run home to get it, they failed to mention they were closing in 10 minutes. When I returned to a closed pharmacy, I was extremely frustrated and unhappy. They also once gave me the wrong medicine. Whenever I ask if I can wait, they say no. Most other pharmacies I've ever been to will let you wait and can get your medicine ready within 15 minutes. Not this place. Once when they did tell me I could wait, they forgot I was there and never called my name. When I figured something was up and went up to the counter, they feigned as if they'd never seen me in their lives and were like "Ok we'll look for it." DESPISE THIS PHARMACY.
