I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. In addition I complained of a delivery driver for the second time about reckless driving, using a cell phone while operating a company vehicle consumption of alcohol and possible drug use after he was arrested and THEY called the local police department on me because they said my call wasn't business related.
