I have used them since I was a little girl.. Never any problems with services.. They have been busy lately with the closing in Jackson but they still offer friendly unbeatable services !!

One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. THE LADY PHARMIST I GUESS THAT IS RANDYS WIFE OR WORKS WITH RANDY IS SO RUDE, SHE DISOBEYED HIPPA, GAVE OUT INFO TO NON FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT A PERSONS MEDICATION AND SO FORTH, THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED, SHE MUST BE PMS ING EVERYDAY, THIS HAS BEEIN GOING ON FOR AT LEAST A YEAR, ALL SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO DO WAS HAVE MEDS FILLED, TAKE PAYMENT INFO AND DISCLOSE NOTHING ELSE, BUT HER MOUTH WAS LIKE DIARRHEA IT RAN AND RAN, LOVES TO GOSSIP, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO TELL OTHER PEOPLE WHAT TYPE OF MEDS ARE BEING FILLED, WHO IS PICKING THEM UP AND SO FORTH. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF HIPPA,, WHAT OUT, WALGREENS, WALMART, CVS, RITE AID, AND EVEN INGLES ARE ALOT BETTER THAN THIS HOME TOWN PHARMACY, MOST PEOPLE ONLY CALL IN RX HERE BECAUSE I THINK THEY DELIVER, THEY MUST DO THAT TO MAKE UP FOR ALL THE LOSES THEY ENCOUNTER, RANDY AND THE YOUNGER TEENS WORKING IN THERE ARE FINE BUT THE OLDER LADY IS A HIPPA VIOLATOR....................
