the staff is really sweet and pleasant to speak with. they seem to really care. after a little phone tag (as much my fault as anyone's) our rep even recognized my number on the ID to make sure to pick up. however, about 9 months ago i began having shipping difficulties. our shipment was mysteriously cancelled and our account on hold. the next time no shipment was ever scheduled, and this time i received a call to say it would be here and it just never came. our meds are not getting here when they should and i am now scrambling to get a refill for the 3rd time in a row. the last two times, they made it happen by the skin of their teeth, calling their other locations to get it aproaved and arranging overnight delivery (for which i am grateful, especially since it was done with such a good attitude), but this time it's already too late.

They have some of the best customer service I've ever seen!It is an amazing team....with great training....but even more...they have great attitudes when it comes to dealing with families....they seem sincerely interested in the patients! Carol has been working with us for 3 years... we are crazy about her! Of all the medical issues our family deals with.....this one is NEVER a hassle! :)
