Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated today picking up my husbands $2300 prescription. I had pulled in through the drive through and had not had a chance to roll down my window to ring the bell yet (I was looking for my debit card) when an older lady opened the window and in a very condescending tone asked "did you ring the bell?" to which I had replied, "No, I barely got here" to which she said "well you need to ring it so we know you're here". I proceeded to ask for my husband's prescription and she disappeared for 5-10 minutes. She then returns with a consent form which I have filled out before and had my husband sign. She proceeds to tell me that they dont have the form on file and that they don't normally allow others to pick up another's prescription without the consent. Again all in a condescending tone. I just had it by then. I told her that we would be taking our prescription elswhere and that she was being very rude and it was ridiculous how rude she was being. She walked away and another gal finished the transaction for me. I told her that the old lady was being very rude to someone who drives 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that is worth over $1700. I told her we would be switching to someone closer. I had no problem waiting or filling out the consent form. But that lady sure made me feel like I was creating a hassle for her. It was almost as if she hated her job and perhaps was somewhat discriminatory towards me.
