I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my specialty cancer medications and still they keep advising daily will be shipped. As of today still waiting. I have insurance BCBS and they sent one medication on self-pay and did not bill my insurance the total is $1,449.65 for 25 days of injections. The records are so messed up with multiple daily processing that I am sure the insurance is confused and thinks they were approved on 11/1/16. Now they are holding my main medication and have not shipped it even though I have a -0- copay. My visiting nurse is on standby to give this medication to me as my condition is worsening. The specialty services are a mess and there is no excuse for this type of business practice. I will be filing multiple complaints as well as contacting media resources regarding their incompetence.
