A complete FAMILY pharmacy--very busy place but have lots of people to assist you. Hard to find a chain that will give you this great service. They do compounding if needed--many chains won't or would not know how if you asked. I do the bulk of my prescriptions here and have one minor Rx at a nationwide chain so I have an account if I travel and need something filled. But they are the best and you don't feel like a number.

I have been a loyal customer at Downtown Drugs for over 13 years. Today I was there and was TOTALLY disgusted with the service I received from the male physician! If I ever could give an F for customer service, this many would get it! I was trying to understand how things are billed and why my script had changed and he turned his back to me in the middle of the conversation and walked away! He never came back to me and began filling other orders! NEVER would Bill have treated a customer like that! So sad for the rest of the folks who have to work for this man!
