The Kroger Pharmacy at Fairfield Glade in Crossville, TN provides the best service I have ever experienced on an ongoing basis! I've used them for over six years. The staff is helpful, informative and have always had my renewal Rx's refilled on time. Also, they have never missed a call to remind me it is ready. Today, I called them at 4:30 to see if I could get an Rx refilled before closing time at 5:00. When I arrived at 5:40, they already had it ready for me! (I realize that all medications may not be in stock on such short notice.) Their other clerks in the store are equally polite and friendly. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
