The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible, which seemed kind of strange to me. They were cold and not friendly enough. They gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. At least my equipment does work!
