i have been useing rite aid for over 5 yrs and the past yr it has been horrible. the ppl behind the counter and who answer the pick up window are rude and seem to spend more time talking to eah other than doing their work. and when u call in with a ? they act like it kills them to check on something for u and the tell u yes we r workin on ur med now it will b about 30 mins then 2 hrs later u go to pik it up and its not even been touched yet so u get told it will b 5 to 20 mins. when the lady named mary was there i never had this problem she was always so kind and helpful and she made u for get u were sick and having to take meds that cause more things to go wrong with u. she gave u a time on ur med and it was ready by that time if not b4 she said it would b. she was always willin to answer all ur ?s and help u in anyway she could and even when u could tell she was feelin bad like everyone does now and then she was still nice as could b and did her job well and things got done right and she didnt mind chekin on meds u call in about and let u know it was there and goin to b worked on. u need to get new workers there or ur goin to loose customers after i picked up my med today that was it the lady at the window was rude and i called 2hrs b4 coming to get it and was told it would b ready in 30 mins and when i got there 2 hrs later it still wasnt done so i think its time to find a new place to get my meds filled until u get ppl in there who do their job right and dont treat u like dirt when u r there cause u feel bad already,
