I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I went to return an item I bought for Christmas as the boy not a man that is for sure helped me, his name started with a Q. Anyhow, my family and I shop at Smiths, two to three times a day! Yes my sons and daughter use my account and shop anyhow, this Q boy in customer service questioned my receipt that came from the app and their store! I found this odd and I knew that he was giving me personally a hard time as he had done it in the past. Six months ago, I called Kroger complaining about how poorly I had been treated and obviously nothing had been done. It was an hour before closing on Christmas Eve and this boy was giving me a hard time about a receipt in my app like I could have done something to it! I was furious and unfortunately dropped an f bomb and promptly left and called the Kroger customer service number. It is my personally mission to make sure this employee either gets trained in how to treat people with respect or fired but there is no excuse for how he treats me, I am furious as I have been a customer of Smiths since 1983! This little punk has no idea how much money my family spends and my sphere of influence, but I am going to tell everyone and anyone about this little disrespectful boy Quassay in customer service until I get a personal apology from this boy.
