The monthly bill shows exorbitant quantities of prescriptions that appear to double or triple the dosage prescribed. I have reviewed the memory care unit's dosage records, but they fail to show quantities. The MCU charge $250 if you do not use Family Care. I am having some very dark suspicions regarding both.

Calls are not always returned. Very disorganized operation. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Only use this Provider due to their association with Retirement Home where parent(s) reside. Receipt of accurate information a rarity. Need to check monthly invoices each and every month to avoid occurrences of overcharging. Would never recommend this Provider to anyone.
