They are friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their willingness to work with me, my doctor and the insurance company has indeed that I get the medications I need when I need them. One time I ran out of insulin early due to an infection the insurance company wouldn't OK the refill tick knock called the Dr. Office in the area found one with a sample of my insulin so that I would be OK until they could get a new prescription for my insulin from my Dr. so the insurance would cover it. My insulin cost 300.00 a box.
