The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying.
