I thought that the pharmacists were very friendly. The first time it took them a while to talk with my insurance, but that is understandable. The second time they already had my information, so I didn't wait at all (I didn't call in first).

after one of their main pharmacists retired they hired a gaggle of incompetent, obnoxious replacements. on one occasion i was told three times when to return to pick up my medication -- and after each return trip was told ''oh, it isn't ready yet, come back in two hours''. on the last trip i was told ''you were out of refills and we need to fax your doctor's office for authorization'' WOW ! they didn't notice that the first, or any of the other times ? the obnoxious treatment i received at their hands was enough to make me go elsewhere (how is it my fault their customer service is less than adequate ?)

after a more than a year of going to another pharmacy the three idiots were gone, and the new location was no longer as convenient. after switching back, Brian is again the anchor pharmacist, and all is well ... for now
