DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If your forced by your insurance company to use National Seating and Mobility, then be sure you do NOT sign the delivery paperwork until every thing is completely done! My son has had a chair for over 5 months it is still not set up for him to even be able to drive it. This is not our first chair all others were set up immediately! Service is horrible, staff is totally incompetent! Others have told me horror stories about them.. Wish I had known before we got this chair from them! We still have many problems, I doubt they will all be fixed...Buyer Beware!
