I would rate this place NO STAR if I could. The employee who runs this store is very rude, not helpful, and very unprofessional, both on the phone and in person. A store like this deals with people who need a bit of kindness, tlc, and cooperation because we are obviously having difficult medial issues we are dealing with. If i was the owner i would definitely not have her work for me. Renting a walker or wheelchair is the most unpleasant experience when done there. Their Return Policy is not told to the customer, so when i tried to return an item that turned out to be the wrong one, she refused to let us return it, citing their 24-hour policy. Horrible store. We will never be back and are sorry we dealt with them in the first place.
