i needed a machine for my sister apparently the Doctor prescribed a machine that doesn't exist, after going to the doctor for another prescription and getting the right one they decline the order.
what kind of company decides to decline a order because a doctor prescribe the wrong machine?
I explained them how important it is this respiratory machine for my sister but Carol didn't care.
my sister is flying out in a few hours and now we don't have the machine she needs because Carol couldn't see that it was a doctors mistake and we have a new prescription from the same doctor.
STAY AWA FROM THIS COMPANY.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
