I have been dealing with this company back when it was Option One, Inc. and then it had changed to Lifecare, so I'm still a customer there. Erica in their wheelchair DME Department is always helpful, even though we have an HMO that is usually slow in getting her the information and approvals needed to deal with my issues swiftly. I had a few problems when the changeover was newer, but seems to have straightened out now. The usually can provide what I need for my DME needs, as does their office in Irvine when it comes to other items our doctors want us to use or have.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
