Lincare took care of my needs for oxygen in a very courteous and professional manner. The hospital discharged me in the late afternoon, saying Lincare would deliver a portable tank sometime between 6 and 8 pm for my trip home. My wife and I figured it would be more like 8PM so we sat back and tried to relax. Wow, the tank showed up at 6:10PM. When we got home, (it was more than a 2 hour drive for us) the Lincare service man was waiting at our home to deliver and setup the main oxygen unit. It was almost 9PM. What a gentleman he was, cheerful, helpful, able to answer all our questions. Lincare will be our GO-TO place for any additional help with oxygen.

I'm not sure why it's so difficult for this company to deliver oxygen in a timely manner, or why their customer service reps offer so little in the way of service. It seems like something as critical as delivering oxygen tanks shouldn't be taken so lightly, nor should their inability to do so be met with such a limp apology.
