Tried to contact to make a service appointment left a message several times no call back. Now my year has passed and my powerchair has NEVER been serviced. Called them again. It's been a year and a half and now there number is disconnected.. Go figure

Maximum Comfort provides Durable Medical Equipment, such as wheelchairs, motorized wheelchairs, batteries, replacement supplies, door to door delivery, and in home equipment repairs. They accept Medi-Cal based insurance, and HMO's that are attached to medi-cal. They serve the Sacramento and northern California areas. I have personally been visited in home for medical assessment purposes, to have a perfect fit for my new motorized wheelchair. They have also come to my home 3 times for various equipment adjustments, battery replacements and the annual maintenance of my motorized wheelchair.
This company and their current staff, have treated me very well. Their office staff are always courteous, and patient with me, and the do their best to take care of my needs within a timely manner. I am most impressed with the gentleman that handles the in-home service, from the repair department. This person is so very respectful of my needs, and very respectable himself. He does a great service for their handicapped patients. He gives me such a feeling of "Safety" when he is at my home doing repairs. He is professional and friendly, courteous and caring to my needs as a handicapped adult. I cannot thank the staff of Maximum Comfort, or their repairman "Bruce" enough, for all they do to attend to my needs. They represent old fashioned values when it comes to patient care, and professionalism. If youre on Medi-Cal, don't hesitate to get your power mobility products from this company.
