I have a mom who is a subscriber to Sierra Pulmonary and I am so mad that I could scream. She has a concentrator that quit working and I tried to call them and all I got was a recording that the mail box was full. They said that they have 24/7 service and that is a joke. I went to another service right away and they are a lot better than Sierra Pulmonary. My mom could have died thanks to Sierra Pulmonary. No oxygen or service to get some. I am really disappointed with them and their service. I also heard that no one will deal with them. I highly recommend that if you are a client of them, go somewhere else before this happens to you.
