Was not given any choice of cpap mask style for my sleeping habits. Did not properly fit the mask, and I was given the wrong size. Did not go over the features of the machine. Did not even set up the machine properly. When I went into the office for help, no one there could even answer questions. All in all was not very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't know a lot of the problems I was having with the machine and mask was not normal until talking to other cpap users. Will change supplier. Will NOT recommend this company for cpap users.
