Services Med-Caire provides exceptional and unique services to make the road to recovery easier for patients and their families. Our patient and product services, paired with our numerous locations aim to provide care and convenience to our patients.

We provide 24-hour emergency service and equipment pick-up and delivery up to a 2-hour radius from each location.

We also provide equipment services such as the labor for cleaning and warranty repair on equipment, loaner products during the repair and patient product training. For your oxygen requests, we provide conserving devices for portability and additional E tanks at no cost.

Our associates understand Medicare and insurance eligibility and will work with our patients’ Medicare and insurance documentation as well as compliance reports, billing and denied claims.

Great Staff gave me wonder service ! They deliver and I was very pleased they carried the exact supplies I needed and worked with my insurance for payment !
