I have been getting my Cpap supplies from Apria for over a year now. The Newark branch gets 5 stars from me. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Now for the bad part, if I had to deal with the outside operators that answer the phone when I call, I would be looking for a different supplier. They are very hard to understand (poor English) and not helpful at all. Fortunately I am not far from the Newark branch and am able to just stop in when needed. Susan Keller in the Newark branch makes my experience with Apria the best.
