wrote an email to Ms. McCarthy within the 30 dys of purchasing the equipment. The reason the equipment was reduced, according to Ms. McCarthy, was due to a competitor of Ms.McCarthy which she admitted to Ms. Aponte was having business discrepancies in selling the equipment in South Florida. Further, this competitor, according to Ms. McCarthy had already placed the equipment to be sold in the Web at a lower price. So, Ms. McCarthy indicated to me that in order for her business to be competitive she had to give the same price as her competitor. It is true that she showed me the equipment that was on the floor, which was the equipment that Ms. McCarthy sent to me, not a new one. Ms. McCarthy is a very sleek business person and would do anything to sell her products. I know that the equipment that I received in Pennsylvania, which Ms. McCarthy agreed to mail to me, was the same piece of equipment that she had me tested which was on display in her store. Ms.McCarthy was very interested in the conversation that I had with her competitor and befriend me so that I could provide that information. Also, I was informed, on the day that I purchase the equipment, that Ms. McCarthy was going to send to me literature about the equipment and other relevant information about the company that made them. I never received the information. I left an email in Ms McCarthy's business web site, asking Ms. McCarthy about the return policy and if she could call me or email me. I also called her within the month that I purchased the equipment and never received a response from Ms. McCarthy. As far as the call that I made recently, my daughter was present when I called and left a message with Ms. McCarthy's employee (twice) and never received a call or email from Ms. McCarthy. The third time that I called, I asked Ms. McCarthy's employee why I have not received a call that left messages and nobody returns my calls. I never screamed but may have sounded upset. I finally received a call from Ms. McCarthy to be told, in an extremely aggressive and belligerent disposition, that she would not accept the return because it was a special order. I could not believe Ms. Mc.Carthy's attitude and mentioned to her that she never treated me like that when she was selling me the equipment. Ms. McCarthy responded that I had screamed at her emplyee. I did not my daughter listened to the conversation and could not believe the untruth about that statement and Ms. McCarthy's attitude towards me. I then requested some information about selling it and she very abruptly and mean indicated that she would charge me money if she was going to identify someone to buy it from me, then I asked if I could use Amazon, Craig's List or Ebay. Ms. McCarthy responded Craig's List or Ebay, not Amazon because you do not have a business license. I ended the conversation thanking her.
