Very difficult to get through on the telephone.

Was asked to call my Doctor to get a new prescription. My Doctor said they sent the prescription in July. American Med supplies said they sent 3 requests and did not get a reply from my Doctor. It seemed to me it would require a phone call to my Doctor to see if fax # wrong not a call to me. The customer service person objected to my language when I said time to get off American Med supply's butt. The "butt" word upset her. She is in the wrong business
