First impression.....they lack in customer service.....called asked if they rented cardiac walker...I was placed on hold for an hour..no one ever came back on the line. We are under a lot of stress as it is and this kind of help we can do with out. Sorry, I will not be one of your new customers.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was served as soon as I walked in the door. I have been to both of their clean and well laid out showrooms is West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach Fl. They are extremely reliable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after I received the Lift Chair, just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love that I can always get in touch with someone at the office.
