After 20 years of receiving my monthly order of self-catheters from Garretts, I am changing providers due to the rude and unprofessional treatment I received today which included misplacing my doctor's orders, underfilling my prescription, Jeannine accusing me of trying to have her commit insurance fraud (absurdly) and then hanging up the telephone in my face. I have consistently been receiving the same number of self catheters for, literally, years. It is very unprofessional and rude to to treat a long-time customer this way and not put in any effort to try to resolve the problem.
