Location is fairly difficult to find. The staff is completely unprofessional. going so far as calling me and then hanging up. They committed to having an item I ordered the next day. After a 30 mile round trip, I was informed the item hadn't arrived and I would be charged SHIPPING to get the item if I didn't drive another 30 miles to pick it up. No courtesy call, no assumption of blame.
Not only did I find the staff unprofessional but they appear to be gouging their customers with their pricing. The exact model they failed to provide me was found at a competitor for 1/2 the retail price that Guardian was charging. Liberator was not only professional but very courteous as well.
Do yourself a favor and avoid these folks for your Medical supplies whenever possible! Use Liberator and I'm sure you'll be more satisfied, as well as, save yourself some $$$$
