This company canceled the rental of a home oxygen compressor for my father because his insurance would not cover the rental at the time. 5 months later that got around to picking up the compressor (even though someone was in our area on a “weekly” basis. Not only did they take forever to pick it up, they continued to bill him for the unit even though they stated they would be out the next week after they cancelled the service to pick it up. 4 years later he is still getting bills and collection notices. My father is 88 years old and they continue to harass him for payment that they are not owed. My father reported them to Medicare for fraud, but we have not heard anything from them.
