I would not recommend this company to anyone thier answering service is a joke. I waited on the phone for a call back for 2 hours called 5 times got hung up on 2 times and when i finally got called back the person knew nothing about a non invasive ventilator .

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible it was going to be I never would have gone. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They had the worst prices I've ever seen at any store anywhere. I felt ripped off. Whenever I asked anyone a question while I was there, I never got an answer from anyone. I couldn't find one person who knew how to help me.
