THE AD FEATURED A LARGE 5-YR GUARANTEE PLAQUE BUT IN THE OPENED TINY ICON IT WAS GOOD ONLY IF YOU BOUGHT FROM A VIDACURA STORE . AD ALSO SHOWED IT COULD BE RETURNED TO STORE, WHICH I ASSUMED WOULD BE MY LOCAL WALMART. THE AD PLAINLY STATED SELLER IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR AD. WHEN I CONTACTED MDK ABOUT THE GUARANTEE THEY CLAIMED THIS WAS WALMART'S AD & RETURNS WOULD BE TO FLORIDA, WHICH I ASSUME THE BUYER WOULD PAY. AT THIS RATE OF CORRUPTION, I WOULD EXPECT MDK WOULD CLAIM THE ITEM COULDN'T BE RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS OPENED.

I was purchasing a Mobility Scooter and it was the worse terrible experience they do not tell you. The batteries do not come inside the Scooter. And it is very difficult to get a mechanic to do so.

Never buy a Mobility Scooter from this Store
