call made 01/06/17 around 3:30-4PM . guy who answered was rude and somewhat racist. when he answered my call I announced my name, my ALF and the name of our resident who needs the Oxygen and he just he told me "Wait,wait wait you speak to fast I can't understand you" and immediately gave me to a lady probably next to him saying " I can't understand this spanish person, take his call". i'm not spanish I'm asian (our accents are different).
