I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They never made any effort to follow up with me and consequently I owe $150 out of pocket d/t their letting the ball drop! Their follow up didn't exist. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options or insurance issues that THEY created, not in my favor either! Their staff person named Sarah, was without a doubt, one of the most rude, nasty, finger-pointing people I've ever come across. Another staff person, David, seems to be clueless about how the system works in general! Would NEVER recommend them!
